- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across Japan
- Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to understand workforce needs
- Develop and execute effective sourcing and hiring strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from talent attraction through onboarding
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical business functions
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Act as a trusted recruitment advisor, providing market intelligence and hiring recommendations
- Influence hiring decisions within a matrix organisation
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives in the local market
- Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring programmes and regional talent acquisition projects
- Drive process improvements and recruitment best practices
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, hiring effectiveness, and talent market trends
- Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and internal policies

- Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and market insights
- Knowledge of recruitment compliance and employment practices in Japan
- Semiconductor, industrial, manufacturing, or technology sector exposure is advantageous but not essential
- Native or business-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills
