AI Engineer | English-first environment

A global leader in the insurance industry is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to support enterprise AI transformation within their Japan data management team.

Responsibility:
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions using Azure AI services and modern AI frameworks
- Build AI workflows using Multi-Agent Frameworks (MAF) or similar orchestration patterns
- Develop Generative AI applications with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry
- Integrate AI models with enterprise applications via APIs and MCP or similar approaches
- Design predictive models (e.g., propensity scoring) and explainable AI (XAI) solutions
- Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to prepare datasets and optimize model performance

Required Skills:
- 3–5 years' experience with Multi-Agent Frameworks or similar AI orchestration patterns
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or similar enterprise AI platforms
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar integration approaches
- Solid grounding in ML fundamentals: feature engineering, predictive modeling, explainable AI
- Strong Python development and API integration skills
- Advanced English; Japanese not required
