本ポジションでは、AI活用に向けたデータ基盤の構築、データガバナンスの推進、各事業部門と連携したData & AIプロジェクトの推進を担当いただきます。
データエンジニアリングの技術力に加え、ビジネス課題を理解し、データ活用による変革をリードできる方に最適なポジションです。

業務内容:
- クラウドベースのエンタープライズデータ基盤（DWH、Data Lake、データパイプライン）の設計・構築・運用。
- データモデル設計およびレガシーシステムからのデータ移行支援。
- データ品質管理、メタデータ管理、データガバナンス体制の構築。
- 各事業部門と連携したData & AI活用案件の企画・推進。
- BIプラットフォームやダッシュボード開発、ユーザー活用促進。
- 社内外ステークホルダーとの調整およびデータプロジェクト推進。

One of Japan’s leading energy groups is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to drive enterprise-wide AI Transformation (AX) initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a key role in building AI-ready data platforms, improving enterprise data governance, and supporting data-driven transformation across multiple business units. This role combines hands-on data engineering with business consulting, working closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful Data & AI solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and operate cloud-based enterprise data platforms, including Data Warehouses (DWH), Data Lakes, and data pipelines.
- Develop scalable data models and support data migration from legacy systems.
- Improve enterprise data governance, including data quality management, metadata management, and standardization.
- Partner with business teams to identify Data & AI use cases and deliver transformation projects.
- Support BI platform development, dashboard implementation, and user adoption.
- Lead cross-functional data initiatives and collaborate with business, IT, and external partners.
- Provide technical guidance and promote AI/data capabilities across the organization.

The Digital Transformation team is leading enterprise-wide AI adoption by building data-driven platforms that support innovation and operational excellence.

Work Location: Tokyo
Working Hours: 9:00 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday)
Work Style: Office-based (5 days/week initially, with 1 day WFH available after training completion)

- クラウド環境におけるDWH、Data Lake、またはエンタープライズデータ基盤の設計・構築・運用経験（3年以上）。
- Data & AI領域におけるビジネス部門へのコンサルティング経験（3年以上）。
- 要件定義からプロジェクト推進までのデータ・AIプロジェクト経験。
- ビジネス課題と技術をつなぐデータコンサルティング経験。
- BIプラットフォーム、ダッシュボード開発およびユーザー展開経験。
- Azure、AWS、Google Cloudなどクラウド技術の経験。
- データガバナンス、メタデータ管理、データ品質管理に関する知識。
- Generative AI、Machine Learning、AIプラットフォーム構築経験があれば尚可。

- 3+ years of experience designing, building, and operating cloud-based Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, or enterprise data platforms.
- 3+ years of experience consulting with business stakeholders on Data & AI initiatives, including requirements gathering and project delivery.
- Experience bridging business needs and technology through data consulting.
- Experience developing BI platforms, dashboards, and driving user adoption.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality improvement.
- Experience with enterprise AI, analytics platforms, Generative AI, or Machine Learning projects is a plus.
