Company Overview
A company in the software development industry is hiring a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE).
Job Description
Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Act as the bridge between clients and offshore development teams.
Support solution design, documentation, testing, and user acceptance testing.
Assist with project planning, scope management, and risk identification.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a BrSE, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
2+ years of software development experience.
2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Japanese proficiency at N2 or above; English is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, SQL, APIs, and web services.
