Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

About Us:

The client is a European manufacturer specializing in plastic products for the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. With a strong global footprint, they are looking for an experienced sales professional to lead growth in the South Asia region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own turnover and results for the assigned sales territory

• Acquire new customers and provide technical/commercial support to newly onboarded accounts

• Coordinate customer projects in collaboration with HQ 

• Conduct market research on regional customer base, applications, and competitive landscape

• Support budget planning for the assigned territory

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Processing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)

• 7–10 years of sales or business development experience, ideally within medical device or pharmaceutical industries

• Strong track record of growing business and winning new projects

• Ability to translate market, customer, and application needs into effective sales strategies

• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills

• Willingness to travel internationally for business development
