【仕事内容／Job Description】
■Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Lead to drive the development of hydrogen truck ecosystems while also contributing to battery electric mobility ecosystems and e consulting services for our customers.

Hydrogen Ecosystem Development
Lead projects to design and build hydrogen based truck ecosystems with focus on sub cooled liquified hydrogen
Analyze value chains including production distribution refueling and operations
Identify key partners across the hydrogen landscape （energy providers infrastructure players logistics partners）
Develop business models and use cases for hydrogen powered transport especially for sub cooled liquified hydrogen

eMobility Ecosystems e Consulting Customer Enablement
Support the development of battery electric truck and bus ecosystems and collaborate with our Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation （MFTBC） subsidiary EVNION on new business models and POCs
Support to define our eSolutions roadmap for services and products
Support customers in adopting zero emission technologies （hydrogen electric）
Analyze customer operations and use cases and identify optimization potential
Contribute to tailored consulting solutions and service offerings

Project Leadership Execution
Lead cross functional projects from concept through PoC to implementation
Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners
Ensure structured project delivery timelines and quality standards

Business Innovation Strategy
Develop business cases financial models and strategic recommendations
Identify new business opportunities within hydrogen and eMobility ecosystems
Support scaling of successful concepts into sustainable business models

The ZEV Ecosystem Business Innovation department at Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation（MFTBC） drives the creation and scaling of integrated （C）.A.S.E. （Connected （in other department） Autonomous Shared Electric） ecosystems.
It identifies and builds new business opportunities establishes strategic partner networks and leads the end to end development of innovative solutions・from concept and proof of concept to full implementation.
By aligning technology business strategy and partnerships the department enables efficient processes accelerates technology adoption and unlocks sustainable growth.
This is a high impact project lead role working in a flat organizational structure driving results through ownership collaboration and co creation.

■募集要件／Requirement
・Degree in Business Engineering Energy Systems or related field
・4・7 years of experience asl project lead in energy industry truck OEM or strategy consulting.
・Experience or strong interest in hydrogen technologies and infrastructure energy systems or zero emission transportation.
・Understanding of energy infrastructure zero emission transportation or logistics
・Strong analytical and problem solving skills
・Ability to manage complex cross functional projects
・Taking ownership co creation with internal external partners
・Positive independent solution focused approach with ability to quickly learn from setbacks.
・Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
