Company Overview:

Our client is a F&B supply chain ecommerce platform. They are looking for technical products manager who owns both product decisions and hands-on implementation to enhance their supply chain system.

Job Description:

• Analyze and improve the purchasing process by identifying delays and inefficiencies.

• Automate procurement workflows, from demand forecasting to purchase order creation.

• Manage and monitor SKU-level profitability, including costs and selling prices.

• Implement initiatives to reduce waste and improve tracking, reporting, and e-commerce processes.

• Maintain product and supplier data and develop forecasting reports and dashboards.

• Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to improve margins through better cost, pricing, and waste management.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in e-commerce/product development, including the implementation and operation of recommendation engines, personalization, or customer targeting capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities from data, translate insights into product initiatives, launch features, and measure business impact through a product-led approach.

• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Customer Success to understand customer challenges and convert them into scalable product solutions.

• Hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and continuously improving production-grade systems.

• Strong SQL proficiency.

• Practical experience with AWS services, particularly ECS, RDS, and Lambda, as well as Infrastructure as Code practices.

• Experience with AWS CDK is preferred; Terraform expertise is also highly relevant and transferable.

• Experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems consisting of multiple interconnected services, including web applications, asynchronous batch or queue-based processing, and third-party API integrations. 

• Experience working in an AI-assisted development environment, with the ability to be productive from day one using modern AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar solutions.
