Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee end-to-end remittance and payments operations (local and cross-border transactions)
* Manage daily payment processing including SWIFT, IBG, RENTAS, MEPS and other channels
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (BNM guidelines, AML/CFT policies, sanctions screening)
* Monitor transaction flows and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and exceptions
* Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely, accurate transaction execution
* Lead audits, regulatory reporting, and internal control reviews
* Analyze payment trends and propose strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
* Lead and develop a team, ensuring performance management and capability building

Job Requirements:

*Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.

*Minimum 2 years of experience in banking operations, remittance, cash management, payment processing, or a related field.

*Exposure to international payments, SWIFT operations, or transaction processing within a banking environment is preferred.

*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPOint.
