【Job Responsibilities / 業務内容】
We are seeking an RCS Integrity Engineer Assistant to support our prototype flow and management
software operations in Hokkaido. This role involves various data input tasks into management software
(SiView) and contributes to improving the efficiency of the prototype flow process.

＜Key Responsibilities＞

• Perform various data input tasks into management software (SiView)
• Improve and streamline work efficiency within the prototype flow
• Handle inline data and electrical data management tasks
• Organize and create reports based on instructions from senior engineers
• Support technical operations on the semiconductor fabrication floor

北海道において、試作フローおよび管理ソフトウェアの運用サポートを担当していただきます。
管理ソフトウェア（SiView）への各種データ入力業務を行い、試作フロープロセスの効率向上に貢献する役割です。

＜主な職務内容＞

• 管理ソフトウェア（SiView）への各種データ入力作業の実施。
• 試作フロー内における業務効率化の推進。
• インラインデータおよび電気データの管理業務。
• シニアエンジニアからの指示に基づく、データの整理およびレポートの作成。
• 半導体製造フロアにおける技術的運用のサポート。

【Requirements / 応募要件】

• Required: Minimum 2 years of experience handling inline data and electrical data; experience working at a semiconductor fab; experience organizing and creating reports under instructions.
• Preferred: Experience in prototyping or technical support work using MES (especially SiView); experience creating simple new tools in VBA.
• Must-Have: Skills in creating simple new tools in VBA; Excel data organization and aggregation at an intermediate level or higher.
• Preferred: Hands-on experience with SiView MES system; experience in semiconductor prototyping support.
• Office Tools: Excel (Intermediate level or higher — data organization and aggregation)
• Strong organizational skills for compiling and presenting technical data
• Collaborative mindset and ability to take direction from senior engineers
• Proactive attitude toward workflow efficiency improvement
   
• 必須の経験：インラインデータおよび電気データの取り扱い経験（最低2年以上）、半導体ファブ（工場）での勤務経験、指示のもとでの報告書の整理・作成経験。
• 歓迎される経験：MES（特にSiView）を使用した試作・技術サポート業務の経験、VBAを用いた簡易的な新規ツールの作成経験。
• 必須：VBAを用いた簡易的な新規ツールの作成スキル、Excelデータ整理・集計能力（中級レベル以上）。
• 歓迎：SiView MESシステムの実務経験、半導体試作サポート経験。
• オフィスツール：Excel（中級レベル以上：データの整理および集計）。
• 技術データを集計しわかりやすく提示するための、高い整理・組織化能力。
• シニアエンジニアからの指示を確実に受け入れ、協力して動ける協調的なマインド。
• ワークフローの効率改善に対する主体的な姿勢。​​​​
• 日本語ネイティブ、ビジネス英語（技術文書の読解やコミュニケーションが可能なレベル）
