【Job Responsibilities / 業務内容】
We are seeking a Process Integration Engineer to support wafer flow evaluation, MES operations, and process analysis at our Hokkaido semiconductor development facility. This role is central to ensuring quality and consistency across semiconductor manufacturing processes, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

＜Key Responsibilities＞

• Perform process evaluation and integration evaluation across semiconductor manufacturing steps
• Evaluate wafer flow and operate MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
• Summarize process evaluation results and measurement data, including film thickness, CD-SEM, and TEM analysis
• Create measurement requests and analysis request forms
• Monitor measurement data trends and conduct process management
• Prepare documents, analysis summaries, and meeting minutes

＜主な職務内容＞

• 半導体製造の各ステップにわたる、プロセス評価およびインテグレーション評価。
• ウエハフローの評価、およびMES（製造実行システム）の操作。
• 膜厚、CD-SEM、TEM分析などの測定データおよびプロセス評価結果の集約。
• 測定依頼書や分析依頼書の作成。
• 測定データのトレンド監視、およびプロセス管理の実施。
• ドキュメント、分析サマリー、および会議議事録の作成。

【Requirements / 応募要件】

• Required: Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or business support experience; PC skills including Excel (SUM and IF functions); strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Preferred: Experience in semiconductor processes, integration, and equipment startup; experience in wafer prototyping using MES; experience in manufacturing management, process improvement, or quality control on production lines.
• Must-Have: PC skills (Excel: SUM and IF functions); proactive communication style; ability to collaborate flexibly with cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: Basic knowledge of semiconductor processes; background in electrical/electronic engineering, physics/chemistry, or materials engineering.
• Office Tools: Excel (Intermediate level or higher); PC Operation Skills (Intermediate Level) 
• Proactive communicator who can work effectively within a team
• Flexible approach to new tasks and evolving project requirements
• Strong documentation and report-writing capabilities
   
• 必須の経験：最低1年以上の製造サポートまたは一般業務サポートの経験、Excel（SUMおよびIF関数）を含むPCスキル、高いコミュニケーション能力、およびチームワーク能力。
• 歓迎される経験：半導体プロセス、インテグレーション、装置立ち上げの経験。MESを用いたウエハ試作経験。生産ラインでの製造管理、プロセス改善、または品質管理の経験。
• 必須：PCスキル（Excel：SUM、IF関数）、主体的なコミュニケーションスタイル、関係部門と柔軟に連携できる協調性。
• 歓迎：半導体プロセスの基礎知識、電気・電子工学、物理・化学、または材料工学のバックグラウンド。
• オフィスツール：Excel（中級レベル以上）、PC操作スキル（中級レベル）。
• チーム内で効果的に働ける、主体的なコミュニケーターであること。
• 新しいタスクや変わりゆくプロジェクト要件に対し、柔軟なアプローチができること。
• 高いドキュメント作成・レポート執筆能力。
