【Job Responsibilities / 業務内容】
We are seeking a Process Integration Engineer (Frontend) to join our semiconductor manufacturing
team in Hokkaido. This role is responsible for setting processing conditions, prototype lot management,
and process analysis on our semiconductor manufacturing lines, contributing directly to the
advancement of next-generation semiconductor technology.

＜Key Responsibilities＞

• Set processing conditions and analyze semiconductor manufacturing processes
• Flow and manage prototype lots on semiconductor manufacturing lines
• Perform data analysis of prototype lots and compile experimental data
• Create prototype lots and summarize experimental results
• Set up and manage prototype workflows
• Communicate and coordinate flexibly across teams and departments

北海道の半導体製造チームにおいて、前工程（Frontend）のプロセスインテグレーションエンジニアを募集します。処理条件の設定、試作ロット管理、およびプロセス分析を行い、次世代半導体技術の発展に直接貢献するポジションです。

＜主な職務内容＞

• 処理条件の設定、および半導体製造プロセスの分析。
• 半導体製造ラインにおける試作ロットの投入および管理。
• 試作ロットのデータ分析、および実験データのコンパイル（集計）。
• 試作ロットの作成、および実験結果の要約。
• 試作ワークフローの構築および管理。
• チーム間および部門間における、柔軟なコミュニケーションと調整。

【Requirements / 応募要件】

• Required: Experience in production line configuration, manufacturing management, quality control, or process improvement on automated manufacturing lines (any industry is acceptable).
• Preferred: Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and development lines, process integration work, MES (Manufacturing Execution System, e.g., SiView), and process development.
• Must-Have: Smooth communication and flexible response capabilities; basic knowledge of electrical engineering and fundamentals of semiconductor processes.
• Preferred: Experience with semiconductor MES systems (SiView, etc.) and process development work.
• Office Tools: Excel (Intermediate level or higher)
• Ability to communicate smoothly and respond flexibly in a dynamic manufacturing environment
• Proactive mindset toward process improvement and prototype evaluation
   
• 必須の経験：自動化製造ラインにおける生産ライン構築、製造管理、品質管理、またはプロセス改善の経験（業界不問）。
• 歓迎される経験：半導体製造・開発ライン、プロセスインテグレーション（統合）業務、MES（製造実行システム、例：SiView）、およびプロセス開発の実務経験。
• 必須：円滑なコミュニケーション力と柔軟な対応力、電気工学の基礎知識、半導体プロセスの基礎。
• 歓迎：半導体MESシステム（SiViewなど）およびプロセス開発業務の経験。
• オフィスツール：Excel（中級レベル以上）。
• 変化の激しい製造環境において、円滑にコミュニケーションを取り柔軟に対応できる能力。
• プロセス改善や試作評価に対する、能動的（プロアクティブ）なマインドセット。
• 日本語ネイティブ、ビジネス英語（技術文書の読解やコミュニケーションが可能なレベル）
