【Job Responsibilities / 業務内容】
We are seeking a Process Engineer (Measurement) to operate semiconductor manufacturing equipment, perform recipe creation, and manage lot operations within our Hokkaido cleanroom facility.
This role requires hands-on involvement in equipment operation, data management, and general cleanroom activities to support advanced semiconductor process development.

＜Key Responsibilities＞

• Operate semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including recipe creation and adjustment
• Perform equipment and lot operations using SiView MES
• Execute general cleanroom work including transportation, wafer replacement, and packing
• Summarize data in Excel and create documentation in PowerPoint
• Transfer data from equipment and databases to other databases
• Handle equipment errors and implement recipe fixes to reduce errors

北海道のクリーンルーム施設内における、半導体製造装置の操作、レシピ作成、およびロット運用をご担当いただきます。装置の稼働、データ管理、クリーンルーム内業務全般に実務的に携わり、最先端の半導体プロセス開発をサポートしていただく役割です。

＜主な職務内容＞

• 半導体製造装置の操作、ならびにレシピの作成・調整。
• SiView MESを使用した、装置およびロット（Lot）の操作・管理。
• 搬送、ウエハ交換、梱包など、クリーンルーム内全般の作業の実行。
• Excelでのデータ集計、およびPowerPointを用いたドキュメント作成。
• 装置やデータベースから他のデータベースへのデータ移行。
• 装置エラーへの対応、およびエラー発生率低減のためのレシピ修正。

【Requirements / 応募要件】

• Minimum 1 year of PC work experience (Excel: SUM and IF functions); ability to handle cleanroom operations; motivated and proactive attitude toward work.
• Preferred: Experience creating recipes for manufacturing equipment; experience in semiconductor inline measurement; experience using SiView; experience working in semiconductor factories or cleanrooms.
• Must-Have: PC skills (Excel: SUM and IF functions); ability to operate cleanroom equipment; proactive and collaborative approach.
• Preferred: Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes; ability to operate semiconductor manufacturing equipment; background in electrical/electronic engineering, physics/chemistry, or materials engineering.
• Office Tools: Excel (Intermediate level or above, SUM and IF functions); PC operation skills (Intermediate level)
• Motivated to learn and adapt to new semiconductor processes and equipment
• Able to work effectively in a cleanroom environment with strict protocols
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
   
• 必須の経験：最低1年以上のPC実務経験（ExcelにてSUM、IF関数が使用できること）、クリーンルーム内での作業ができること、意欲的で主体的な仕事への姿勢。
• 歓迎される経験：製造装置のレシピ作成経験、半導体インライン測定の経験、SiViewの使用経験、半導体工場またはクリーンルームでの勤務経験。
• 必須：PCスキル（Excel：SUM、IF関数レベル）、クリーンルーム装置の操作能力、主体的で協調性のあるアプローチ。
• 歓迎：半導体製造プロセスの基礎知識、半導体製造装置の操作経験、電気・電子工学、物理・化学、または材料工学のバックグラウンド。
