【Job Responsibilities / 業務内容】
We are seeking a Process Integration Engineer for the Si IP Team in Hokkaido. This role is responsible for wafer and package prototyping, evaluation on our semiconductor manufacturing lines, defect analysis, and the preparation of technical documents and reports. This position offers an opportunity to work at the forefront of silicon integrated product development.

＜Key Responsibilities＞

• Perform wafer and package prototyping and evaluation on semiconductor manufacturing lines
• Provide manufacturing instructions and manage inventory
• Analyze defects in prototype wafers and packages (internal/external instructions, simple observation and measurement)
• Prepare manuals, reports, instructions, and other technical documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive prototype evaluation outcomes

北海道のSi IPチームにおいて、プロセスインテグレーションエンジニアを募集します。ウエハおよびパッケージの試作、半導体製造ラインでの評価、欠陥分析、および技術文書やレポートの作成を担当していただきます。シリコン集積製品開発の最前線で働くチャンスです。

＜主な職務内容＞

• 半導体製造ラインにおけるウエハおよびパッケージの試作と評価。
• 製造指示書の作成および在庫管理。
• 試作ウエハ・パッケージの欠陥分析（社内外への指示、簡易的な観察・測定）。
• マニュアル、報告書、指示書などの各種技術文書の作成。
• 部門横断（クロスファンクショナル）チームと連携し、試作評価の進捗を推進。

【Requirements / 応募要件】

• ExperienceRequired: Minimum 1 year of practical experience or basic knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing and development (no prior experience required); proactive communication style.
• Preferred: Experience in electronic component manufacturing and development; experience in planning, executing, and evaluating experimental plans.
• Must-Have: Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, development, and processes; proactive and collaborative communication style.
• Preferred: Basic knowledge of electrical engineering, fundamentals of semiconductor processes, and materials engineering.
• Office Tools: Excel (Intermediate level or higher); PC Operation Skills (Intermediate Level) 
• Proactive approach to communicating and coordinating across teams
• Detail-oriented mindset for defect analysis and documentation
• Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges in a cutting-edge R&D environment
• Language: Japanese: Native level, English: Business level (capable of technical reading and
  communication)
   
• 半導体製造・開発における最低1年以上の実務経験、またはこれに関する基礎知識
  （※未経験応募も可。ただし能動的なコミュニケーション姿勢を重視します）。
• 電子部品の製造・開発経験、実験計画の立案・実行・評価の実務経験。
• 必須：半導体製造、開発、プロセスに関する基礎知識、および主体的かつ協調的なコミュニケーション能力。
• 歓迎：電気工学、半導体プロセスの基礎、材料工学の基礎知識。
• Excel（中級レベル以上）、PC操作スキル（中級レベル）。
• チーム間のコミュニケーションや調整に対する能動的（プロアクティブ）な姿勢。
• 欠陥分析やドキュメント作成における細部への注意深さ（ディテール指向）。
• 最先端の研究開発（R&D）環境における新しい課題への迅速な適応力。
• 日本語ネイティブ、ビジネス英語（技術文書の読解やコミュニケーションが可能なレベル）
