ポジション概要

本ポジションは海外拠点とのやり取りが多く発生するポジションとなります。

DBエンジニア/ コンサルタントして、ステークホルダーや海外のDXチームと密に連携し、レポーティング要件を実用的かつ高品質なBIソリューションへと具現化していただきます。求められるスキルは、Power BIに関する技術力、優れた問題解決能力スキルです。

This position involves frequent interaction with overseas offices.

As a Database Engineer/Consultant, you will work closely with stakeholders and international DX teams to translate reporting requirements into practical, high-quality BI solutions. Key requirements include technical knowledge in Power BI and strong problem-solving skills.

具体的な業務例/ Responsibilities：

• Power BI レポートおよびダッシュボードの開発：

  - インタラクティブな Power BI レポートやダッシュボードを構築。要件をデータモデルや分析ビューへの落とし込み。レポート、ダッシュボード、ワークスペースの設計・開発・テスト・展開〜保守

• データモデリング・統合、品質管理

  - Power BIを関連するデータソースに接続し、必要に応じてPower Query（M言語）やSQLを使用してデータの抽出、変換、および準備を支援。データモデルや計算フィールドなどの作成・最適化。データの品質、正確性、整合性、および完全性の検証。トラブルシューティング。

• ステークホルダーとの連携およびデリバリー

  - 海外DXチームや日本側のステークホルダーと連携し、要件の明確化および成果物を検証。 設計レビューからデモセッション、UAT支援、進捗報告。 レポート仕様書、データマッピング資料、ナレッジトランスファー用資料などの作成。 Power BIのベストプラクティス、レポートガバナンス、パフォーマンス最適化に関する助言。

• Power BI Report and Dashboard Development:

  - Build interactive Power BI reports and dashboards. Translate requirements into data models and analytical views. Handle the full lifecycle, from design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, of reports, dashboards, and workspaces.

• Data Modeling, Integration, and Quality Management

  - Connect Power BI to relevant data sources and assist with data extraction, transformation, and preparation using Power Query (M language) and SQL as needed. Create and optimize data models and calculated fields. Validate data quality, accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Perform troubleshooting.

• Stakeholder Collaboration and Delivery

  - Collaborate with overseas DX teams and Japanese stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate deliverables. Handle tasks ranging from design reviews and demo sessions to UAT support and progress reporting. Create documentation such as report specifications, data mapping materials, and knowledge transfer resources. Provide guidance on Power BI best practices, report governance, and performance optimization.

本ポジションの契約更新サイクルは6ヶ月毎ですが、長期契約を想定した採用で、短期プロジェクトベースでのメンバー採用は想定しておりません。/ The contract renewal cycle is 6 month rolling & and is a long-term contract, not intended to hire a short project-based members.

読み書きを含めた高い日本語と英語のコミュニケーションスキルをお持ちの方で、以下のご経験・知識をお持ちの方；

• Power BIの開発、BIレポート作成、ダッシュボード開発、またはデータ分析ソリューションの導入経験
• MS BI DesktopおよびPower BI Serviceを使用した経験
• DAX、Power Query / M、データモデリング、データ変換、およびレポートの最適化に関する知識
• 優れたSQLスキル、およびリレーショナルデータベースやエンタープライズデータソースを扱った経験
• ダッシュボード、業務レポート、KPIレポート、管理レポート、および経営層向けの分析ビューの構築経験
• 要件定義、設計、開発、テスト、デプロイ、サポートを含むBIライフサイクル業務への理解
• 自律的に業務を遂行し、日本と海外にまたがる分散型チームと効果的に連携・調整を行う能力

Successful applicants are expected to have business level Japanese and English communication skills (including reading and writing) and the following experience and knowledge:

• Experience in Power BI development, BI report creation, dashboard development, ORthe implementation of data analysis solutions
• Experience using MS BI Desktop and Power BI Service
• Knowledge of DAX, Power Query/M, data modeling, data transformation, and report optimization
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and enterprise data sources
• Experience building dashboards, operational reports, KPI reports, management reports, and analytical views for executive leadership
• Understanding of the BI lifecycle, including requirements definition, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively collaborate and coordinate with teams across Japan and overseas
