【Job Responsibilities / 業務内容】

• Develop advanced applications leveraging Generative AI (VLM – Vision Language Models) technologies.
• Design, build, and maintain evaluation environments for VLM models to assess performance and accuracy.
• Develop applications utilizing Physical AI technologies, including robotics and real-world AI systems.
• Perform end-to-end setup of development and validation environments for emerging AI technologies.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies and PoC (Proof of Concept) for new AI/ML innovations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (manufacturing, railway, automotive domains).
• Prepare design documents and technical documentation as part of development lifecycle.
• Work in Linux-based development environments for AI and system integration.
• Ensure smooth deployment and integration of AI applications across platforms.
   
• 生成AI（VLM：Vision Language Models）技術を活用した高度なアプリケーション開発。
• VLMモデルの性能・精度を評価するための、検証・評価環境の設計・構築・保守。
• ロボティクスや実世界AIシステムを含む、フィジカルAI技術を活用したアプリケーションの開発。
• 新興AI技術開発・検証環境の構築（エンドツーエンドでのセットアップ）。
• 新しいAI/MLイノベーションにおける技術的実現可能性調査（フェージビリティスタディ）およびPoC（概念実証）の実施。
• 社内外のステークホルダー（製造、鉄道、自動車などのドメイン）との連携。
• 開発ライフサイクルにおける設計書および技術ドキュメントの作成。
• Linuxベースの開発環境における、AIおよびシステム統合の作業。
• 各種プラットフォームにおけるAIアプリケーションのスムーズなデプロイおよび統合。

【Requirements / 応募要件】

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related field.
• Experience range: 3-7
• Strong programming expertise in C, C++, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Linux-based development environments.
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts, especially Vision-Language Models (VLM).
• Experience in software design, development, and documentation preparation.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Language: N2 and above
   
• コンピュータサイエンス、AI、ロボティクス、または関連分野の学士号・修士号。
• 実務経験：3〜7年。
• C、C++、およびPythonにおける高いプログラミング能力。
• Linuxベースの開発環境における実務経験。
• 生成AIの概念、特にVision-Language Model（VLM）に関する理解。
• ソフトウェア設計、開発、およびドキュメント作成の経験。
• 優れたコミュニケーションスキルと、チームを超えて協力できる能力。
• 語学スキル：日本語能力試験（JLPT）N2以上

【Preferred Skills / 歓迎要件】

• Strong experience with AWS cloud platform for AI/ML workloads.
• Experience in image processing and computer vision, using tools like OpenCV.
• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA GPUs (A10 / L40 / CUDA-based environments).
• Experience in containerization and deployment using Docker.
• Exposure to Physical AI / Robotics development (NVIDIA Isaac, robotics frameworks, etc.).
• Knowledge of Digital Twin technologies (e.g., NVIDIA Omniverse).
• Familiarity with AI-based industrial applications in manufacturing, automotive, or railway sectors.
