• You will be responsible for a wide range of development tasks, including mechanical design and molded part design for medical devices, 3D-CAD design, and verification and testing.

An opportunity is available with a leading Japanese medical device company for a long-term and scalable engagement. As this is a new business, the selected candidate will become a core member, contributing significantly to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should have over three years of hands-on experience with design using 3D-CAD(Solidworks), Design and verification of medical devices, molded product design and mechanical design. We seek individuals who are proactive, energetic, and possess a positive mindset, eager to collaborate and innovate. Additionally, the candidate must have strong reading and writing skills in Japanese and be bilingual in English.

経験考慮の上、応相談（完全年俸制、1/12を毎月支給）

【必須要件/ Must Have】

• 上記業務における3年以上の実務経験
• 成形品設計経験, 機構設計経験
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（会話、読解、文書作成など）
• 日本語：ネイティブレベル、または日本語能力試験N2相当以上
  （良好なコミュニケーション能力、読解力、文章力、プレゼンテーション能力必須）
   
• Hands on experience for three years or more in the above-mentioned service
• Experience in molded product design, experience in mechanical design
• English – Business-level proficiency (conversation, reading, writing, etc.)
• Japanese – Native level, or JLPT N2 or above
  (Good communication, reading, writing and presentation skills required)

【歓迎要件 / Good to Have】

• プロトタイプの製作と製造プロセスをサポートする為の、詳細なエンジニアリング図面、仕様、及び文書作成
• プラスチック、板金、鋳造部品に関する設計スキル
• 機械システムとコンポーネントの構造的完全性、耐久性、性能を評価する為に、要素解析 (FEA) ツールを使用して静的解析、構造解析、および振動解析シミュレーションの実施経験
• 機械製品およびコンポーネントの規制基準とコンプライアンス要件に関する知識
• ラピッドプロトタイピング（試作品を短時間で製造する）の経験
• 3D プリントの知識
• 品質管理システムの経験　ISO13485 及び FDACFR21.820 に準拠が望ましい
• 該当する医療機器の製造/試験手順と製造プロセスを理解し、規制や基準に精通している事
   
• Generate detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation to support prototype fabrication and manufacturing processes
• Potential design skill with Plastic, Sheetmetal & Casting Parts
• Experience in conducting static analysis, Structural Analysis, and vibration analysis simulations using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools to assess structural integrity, durability, and performance of mechanical systems and components
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements for mechanical products and components.
• Experience in Rapid prototyping for functional prototype development
• Awareness of 3D Printing
• Experience with Quality Management Systems and complying with ISO13485 and FDACFR21.820 are preferable
• Understanding of applicable manufacturing/testing procedures of medical devices and manufacturing processes and familiar with regulations and standards
