一般ユーザー向け、企業向けのモバイルアプリ、Webアプリ、オンラインサービスを多数手掛けている企業にて、日英語バイリンガルのテクニカルアーキテクトを採用いたします。

本ポジションに就く方には、複数のプロジェクトにおいてAIソリューションのアーキテクチャ設計・改善から改善提案などを担っていただきます。エンジニアチームだけでなくビジネスサイドを含めたステークホルダーと密に連携をしながらソリューション設計を行い、拡張や管理がしやすいシステム、および作業効率改善やコスト削減の実現を推進いただきます。

We are seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Technical Architect to join a company that develops a wide range of mobile apps, web applications, and online services for both consumer and enterprise markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for the architectural design, improvement, and optimization proposals for AI solutions across multiple projects. You will design solutions in close collaboration with stakeholders, including both engineering teams and business units, and drive the development of scalable, manageable systems that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

【業務内容】

テクニカルアーキテクトとして下記の領域でチームやビジネスをサポートいただきます：

・チームに対する技術的アドバイス

・技術要件およびビジネス要件に合わせたアーキテクチャ設計の支援

・アーキテクチャ設計に関わるドキュメンテーションおよび管理

・クラウドインフラ設計のサポート、またディプロイに向けた戦略支援

・インフラストラクチャのベストプラクティスの推進

・CI/CDパイプライン、デプロイプロセスの設計および改善

・アーキテクチャ設計やクラウドインフラ、AIソリューションの設計導入に関わるコスト見直しや管理

・エンジニア、その他ステークホルダーに対する決定事項の明確な伝達、他

As a Technical Architect, you are expected to support the engineering team and company's business in the following areas:

・Providing technical guidance to the team

・Assisting with architectural design aligned with technical and business requirements

・Managing documentation related to architectural design

・Supporting cloud infrastructure design and deployment strategies

・Promoting infrastructure best practices

・Designing and improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

・Reviewing and managing costs associated with architectural design, cloud infrastructure, and AI solution implementation

・Clearly communicating decisions to engineers and other stakeholders, among other duties

ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語力をお持ちの方で、以下の経験・スキルをお持ちの方：

・クラウドプロバイダーでの実務経験

・ソリューションアーキテクチャ設計経験

・CI/CD, IaCに関する実務経験

・システム導入前の技術調査を主導した経験

・複雑なシステムなどに関する豊富な技術指導経験

・技術知識のないステークホルダーに対して技術的な概念を説明したご経験

・システムや技術選定において技術やコスト面での評価・選定経験、および複雑なシステム・プロジェクトにおいて評価・選定を行う能力

A successful applicant must have the business level proficiency in both Japanese and English, along with the following track records and skills:

・Practical experience working with major cloud providers

・Experience in solution architecture design

・Practical experience with CI/CD and IaC

・Experience leading technical research prior to system implementation

・Extensive experience providing technical guidance, particularly regarding complex systems

・Experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

・Experience evaluating and selecting technologies and systems based on technical and cost considerations, as well as the ability to conduct such evaluations and selections for complex systems and projects
