• 3+ years of backend software development experience.
• Strong experience with Python or Go.
• Experience with AI, LLMs, search, recommendation systems, or machine learning.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Business-level Japanese communication skills.
