About Us:

The client is a global leader in dental technology and manufacturing with an established international footprint across Asia and beyond, is establishing a new production facility to serve the growing market. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to lead the setup and scale-up of a large-scale manufacturing operation from the ground up.

As General Manager, you will take full ownership of establishing and running the production site, building the team, and driving business growth across the MENA region. This is a highly autonomous, high-impact leadership role reporting into senior regional/HQ leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish the production site, infrastructure, and support team from the ground up

• Develop and execute the company’s short- and long-term strategic plans for the region

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth across MENA

• Build strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and productivity standards

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of proven success in production, business development, and operational management within the dental or relevant industry

• Strong leadership experience with a track record of building and scaling teams

• Strong business acumen with a track record of identifying and capturing market opportunities

• Solid understanding of manufacturing/lab operations, technology, and industry trends

• Financial acumen, including budgeting and profitability management

• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi (relocation support provided)
