JAC’s client, a healthcare group is looking for a (Senior) Legal Counsel position with strong focus on M&A and Healthcare.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam - Work remotely

Job Responsibilities

• Manage legal matters related to international investments and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).

• Offer legal advisory services on various business topics.

• Draft, review, and negotiate M&A transaction documents, including term sheets, MOUs, share purchase agreements, and contracts.

• Support the team by researching and analyzing legal regulations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide legal support for projects in Vietnam and internationally.

• Conduct legal due diligence, and handle the negotiation, execution, and performance of contracts.

Job Requirements

• University graduation with a bachelor’s degree or higher in law.

• At least 5 years of international legal work experience in an in-house office or law firm.

• Legal background with experience in transactions, investment, finance, or M&A fields.

• High sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and honesty.

• Strong legal analysis and research skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in English, especially in the legal field, is required.
