Our Client is a well-established medical device manufacturing industry precision medical consumables and surgical devices for healthcare facilities worldwide. The organization is hiring for Production Manager, to lead production operations, develop high-performing teams, and contribute to the delivery of quality products that support the healthcare sector.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

• Develop and execute production plans to ensure timely delivery and quality-compliant production.

• Oversee daily production activities, including cleanroom operations and manufacturing processes.

• Manage and optimize plastic injection molding operations through process improvements, mold management, and defect reduction initiatives.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing practices, including 5S and TPM, to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow and effective equipment utilization.

• Ensure compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements, including ISO 13485, GMP, and other relevant standards.

• Lead, train, and develop production personnel while promoting a culture of safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
   

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possesses Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Production Management, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.

• Preferably with at least 5 years of production management experience in medical device / precision components manufacturing, experience in cleanroom operations would be added advantage.

• Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, 5S as well as Lean Manufacturing methodologies
