This is the hiring for an fast growing startup. The company's solutions are already being selected and implemented by major corporations, and the business is experiencing steady business growth driven by continued interests they receive from their current and potential clients. They are seeking an IT consultant who can play a pivotal role in their clients' business development, by working closely with them from service implementation through to business growth with a client-centric mindset.

【業務内容】

このポジションに就く方には、主に大手企業をご担当いただきます。DXパートナーとして顧客ニーズ・課題のヒアリング、ヒアリングをもとにしたコンサルティング、システム開発・導入・保守運用まで担っていただきます。自社プロダクトをベースとした顧客のDX推進をサポートすることで顧客や当該企業のビジネス拡大に従事できるのも、単なるITコンサルに留まらない役割ではない当ポジションの特徴です。

In this role, you, a successful applicant will work mainly with large, well-branded enterprises. Acting as a DX partner, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle; from identifying client needs and challenges and providing consulting based on those insights to handling system development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance and operations. A distinctive feature of this position—which goes beyond the scope of a typical IT consultant—is the opportunity to drive business growth for your clients by supporting their digital transformation (DX) initiatives through solutions based on the company's proprietary products.

・自社プロダクトに深く携わることで自社プロダクトの成長や事業開発にも参画

・社内外の意思決定者と極めて近い距離でのDX支援

・Functions as a DX Partner for major enterprise clients

・Full-cycle support for DX promotion from planning of customer's DX strategy to development, implementation, and maintenance operation

・Participate in the growth and business development of in-house products by being deeply involved in the in-house products

・Support the client's DX projects in a position very close to decision makers

・AI, SaaS, クラウドなどIT技術への高い関心をお持ちで、テクノロジーに関する知識キャッチアップが早い方

・英語に抵抗がない方 (英語力は応募に必須ではございません）

・Client handling experience in the IT field

・Experience in, or the aptitude for, addressing challenges faced by clients or specific industries/sectors

・Strong interest in IT technologies such as AI, SaaS, and cloud technology, and the ability to quickly catch up on or acquire technical knowledge

・Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment (English proficiency is not mandatory)

有ると望ましい経験・知識

・IT領域のコンサル経験

・IT領域のプロジェクトマネジメント経験（もしくはリード、PMOなど類似経験）

・高い英語力（読み書き含む）

Nice-to-Have Experience and Knowledge

・IT Consulting experience

・IT Project management experience or PJ Lead or PMO experience

・High level of English proficiency (including reading and writing)
