AI Consutant - Hybrid work

This is a position where you deeply embed yourself in the client's frontline, taking end-to-end responsibility from business understanding, issue setting, AI utilization theme design, implementation promotion, production deployment, to adoption support.

Rather than stopping at mere requirement definition or PoC support, we will build AI solutions that take root in actual business operations and lead to business results. Furthermore, by abstracting the knowledge gained from individual projects and giving it back to reusable product assets, we aim to create value that is not closed off to individual optimization for each client.

This is a position to not just "introduce" AI, but to embed it into business processes, decision-making, and KPIs, creating a mechanism where it continues to be used on the frontline.

[Responsibilities]
- Hearing of client business operations, business analysis, and structuring of issues
- Issue setting for AI utilization themes and use case design
- Project promotion from PoC to production deployment and business adoption
- Organizing requirements and designing specifications for AI solutions
- Implementation promotion and breakdown into technical requirements in collaboration with AI engineers
- Communication design and consensus building among clients, Biz, and development teams
- Business KPI design, effect verification, and adoption support
- Abstraction of knowledge gained from individual projects and returning it to reusable products

[Position Characteristics]
- Track record of offers with 150% increase from current annual salary, etc. / RS (Restricted Stock) grant system available depending on skills
- Able to perform consulting that steps into implementation at a close distance to AI engineers and FDEs
- Able to deeply embed in client business transformation and lead the social implementation of AI

- Able to be involved in business creation itself during the growth phase of a startup

Mandatory Requirements (MUST)
Those who have any of the following experiences:
- Experience in business improvement, system introduction, or DX promotion at consulting firms, SIers, IT companies, operating companies, etc.
- Experience in hearing client business operations, business organization, and requirement definition
- Experience in problem solving utilizing AI, data analysis, SaaS, business systems, etc.
- Experience in project management or project promotion
- Experience in development/introduction projects in collaboration with engineers or data scientists

Preferred Requirements (WANT)
- Experience in business improvement / DX projects utilizing AI / Generative AI / LLM
- Basic understanding of RAG, AI agents, data analysis platforms, etc.
- Experience in supporting the introduction and utilization of business systems, SaaS, ERP, CRM, SCM, etc.
- Experience related to BPR, business design, and business standardization
- Industry knowledge in manufacturing, retail distribution, automotive, SCM, telecommunications, etc.
- Experience collaborating with product managers, BizDev, and engineers
- Experience in project promotion in startups or new business environments
