Senior Cyber Security Engineer

This role is the lead for both the engineering and day-to-day administration of the organization's core security tooling. It also serves as the main point of contact linking the local team with the company's wider global security function.

Beyond the tools themselves, the position matters for the business as a whole. Through automation, disciplined engineering habits, and a constant push to get better at what the function does, this is the role that lets cybersecurity actively support the company's growth rather than just sit apart from it.

Own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of the core security tooling, covering:

• Privileged access / password vaulting (credential storage and access issue resolution)
• CASB (Cloud Access Security Broker)
• EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response)
• DLP (Data Loss Prevention)
• WAF (Web Application Firewall)
• Act as first point of contact for security tickets and questions from the local team, looping in global specialists and partners where deeper expertise is needed
• Spot and drive automation and process improvements across the security function
• Contribute to vulnerability management, vendor risk reviews, data protection work, and security architecture initiatives
