プリセールス技術チームの統括および技術戦略の推進を担っていただきます。

■レポートライン：日本法人カントリーマネージャー

■ 担当商材：
空調・冷却システム（チラー、冷却設備、空調機器 等）
電源インフラ（UPS、STS、低圧～中圧機器 等）

■ 主な業務内容
・日本におけるプリセールス技術チームのマネジメント（採用・育成・評価）
・営業と連携した技術提案活動のリード（ソリューション設計・デモ・PoC対応）
・大型案件・ハイパースケール案件における技術支援および意思決定
・複雑案件におけるエスカレーション対応および技術レビュー
・Bid Management／プロダクト／エンジニアリングチームとの連携
・技術戦略・KPIの策定および事業目標とのアライン
・顧客・パートナーとの技術ディスカッションおよび関係構築
・業界イベントや顧客へのプレゼンテーション（エグゼクティブ対応含む）
・新規ソリューション／プロダクト開発へのフィードバックおよび戦略貢献

■Overview
Lead and drive the pre sales technical function for data center and critical infrastructure projects in Japan acting as the bridge between technical expertise and commercial success.

■Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop the local pre sales technical support team including hiring coaching and performance management
Lead technical solution activities throughout the sales cycle including system design product demonstrations and proof of concept （PoC） engagements
Provide technical leadership and support for large scale and complex projects （including hyperscale opportunities）
Review and approve technical solutions while handling escalations and critical issues
Collaborate closely with bid management product and engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions
Define and execute technical strategies aligned with business objectives and regional growth plans
Drive customer and consultant technical engagement including high level discussions and presentations
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers partners and key stakeholders in the Japan market
Represent the company at industry events and contribute to technical thought leadership
Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to influence product development and roadmap

・Bachelor’s degree in Engineering （Electrical Mechanical or related field）
・8+ years of experience in technical/pre sales engineering or data center infrastructure
・Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams
・Strong knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical systems （power cooling or data center）
