Description
- Lead backend architecture design for large-scale, high-traffic web systems
- Translate business priorities into high-quality, timely system delivery
- Own end-to-end development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, and release
- Drive technical decisions in complex, high-load environments
- Lead projects or teams as a senior engineer, ensuring best practices and delivery excellence
- Optimize backend systems for peak events and large traffic spikes
- Oversee service monitoring, incident response, and production troubleshooting
- Implement continuous improvement cycles (hypothesis → validation → analysis → systemization)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user-facing features
- Handle operational tasks including investigation and stakeholder inquiries

スキル・資格
- 5+ years of technical leadership in high-load web system architecture and decision-making
- Proven experience designing scalable, maintainable systems with long-term growth in mind
- Strong background in Java and Spring Boot (5+ years)
- Extensive experience with REST API design and development
- Solid understanding of unit testing (JUnit) and code review practices
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle or MySQL)
- Familiarity with application servers (Tomcat or WebLogic)
- Strong command of Linux, Git, and Gradle
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
- Hands-on experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Proven experience in production monitoring, incident handling, and reporting
- Business-level English communication skills
- Experience with performance, load, and stress testing
- Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Kibana
- PHP development experience using frameworks (3+ years)
- Kubernetes environment setup and certifications (CKA/CKAD preferred)
