This is a hybrid HR Generalist role combined with sales and operations support in a global industrial technology environment. You will play a key coordinating role across HR, customer communication, and internal operations in a growing Japan office.Client Details
Our client is a mid-sized global industrial technology company headquartered in Europe, providing advanced automation and manufacturing solutions across multiple industries. The Japan office is a small but strategic entity, working closely with international teams.Description
- Support recruitment activities by coordinating with external agencies
- Assist in HR-related processes, particularly during early-stage structure development
- Manage order processing and respond to customer inquiries (delivery, product details)
- Provide sales support including quotations, contracts, and documentation
- Act as a communication bridge with the European headquarters (in English)
- Maintain customer databases and ensure data accuracy
- Handle administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, meetings, and expense management
- Provide cross-functional support across HR, sales, and operations
