【Job Responsibilities】
The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and improvement of mechanical components and systems 

• Design and develop mechanical structures, housings, piping, and precision components for　medical devices.
• Perform structural analysis, tolerance analysis, and reliability assessments.
• Support prototype fabrication, testing, and massproduction transfer.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams.
• Prepare technical documentation in compliance with ISO 13485 and design control requirements.
• Support risk management activities (FMEA, DFMEA).

機械エンジニアは、機械部品およびシステムの設計、開発、改良を担当します。

• 医療機器向けの機械構造、筐体、配管、および精密部品の設計・開発を行う。
• 構造解析、公差解析、信頼性評価を実施する。
• 試作、試験、量産移行を支援する。
• 電気、ソフトウェア、製造の各チームと連携する。
• ISO 13485および設計管理要件に準拠した技術文書を作成する。
• リスク管理活動（FMEA、DFMEA）を支援する。

【Requirements】

• Experience in medical devices, precision equipment, or regulated manufacturing environmentspreferred.
• Knowledge of CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, or equivalent).
• Understanding of medical device standards and quality systems is a plus.
• Language proficiency: Japanese (N2/N1), English(Business Level Communication) is preferred.
• Language: N2 and above
