Loan Syndication & Distribution Associate
 

We are seeking a Loan Syndication & Distribution Associate to join our Origination-to-Distribution team in London.
 

Essential Requirement:
Minimum 2 years' of relevant experience within a banking environment (applications without any bank syndication experience will not be considered).
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Execute and distribute syndicated loan transactions.

• Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and borrowers.

• Support portfolio management, market analysis, and reporting.

• Coordinate transaction execution, documentation, allocations, and settlements.

• Work closely with internal teams, legal counsel, and external counterparties.

Requirements:

• Experience in loan syndication, distribution, and/or loan agency.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

• Experience with Japanese and international financial institutions.

• Knowledge of syndicated loan documentation and loan markets.
