PR/096019 | Project Director - Data Center Project

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the entire Data Center project from concept development to final handover.

• Develop, organize, and control project schedule, quality, cost, and safety.

• Lead meetings with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and other stakeholders.

• Coordinate and manage interdisciplinary work between CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) and MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection).

• Resolve technical, operational, and on-site issues arising during project execution.

• Provide regular reports on project progress and status to the Board of Directors.

• Ensure the project is executed in compliance with the contract, technical standards, and legal regulations.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, M&E, Civil Engineering, or related fields.

• At least 8 years of experience in construction, including a minimum of 5 years in a Project Manager or equivalent role.

• Preferred candidates with experience in Data Center projects or large-scale industrial/factory projects.

• Strong understanding of coordination and management of both CSA and MEPF disciplines.

• Fluent in English (all four skills), with the ability to lead meetings and work directly with Clients, Consultants, and international partners. (Mandatory)

• Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills, including schedule, cost, quality, and risk control.

• Strong problem-solving skills, decision-making ability, and ability to work under high pressure.
