Job Description:

• Achieve sales targets and grow business with existing and new customers.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Prepare quotations and costing sheets to ensure profitability.

• Visit customers regularly, handle inquiries, and present company products and services.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers.

• Coordinate and support overseas customers and suppliers during their visits to Malaysia.

• Monitor customer credit limits and ensure timely payment collection.

• Manage customer forecasts and inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock and warehousing costs.

• Resolve customer issues and provide timely support.

• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports, aging reports, and other required documentation on time.

Job Requirements:

• Min 1 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates also welcomed to apply.

• Work independently with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
