Senior Data Engineer【English Based Enviroment】

This role focuses on building and managing cost and usage data pipelines for the Enterprise AI platform, enabling accurate cost allocation, chargeback, and financial visibility across engineering and business teams. The ideal candidate has strong SQL/Python, Snowflake/Databricks, and FinOps experience, with the ability to translate cloud cost and reporting requirements into scalable data solutions.

The AI Platform team develops the data, infrastructure, and FinOps foundations that provide cost transparency, usage visibility, and scalable operations to support the growth of AI services in a cloud-based environment.

Description

• Design, build, and maintain cost and usage data pipelines in Snowflake and Databricks to support financial visibility across the Enterprise AI platform.
• Develop and enhance cost allocation and chargeback models, ensuring accurate reconciliation of cloud infrastructure costs and usage.
• Create scalable data models, warehouse views, and API endpoints that provide cost insights for engineering, FinOps, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality, pipeline performance, and reporting accuracy while collaborating cross-functionally to support cost optimization and financial governance initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Backend Engineer, with strong SQL, Python, and data pipeline development expertise; experience with Snowflake is highly preferred.
• Strong technical background with the ability to work independently as an individual contributor, designing scalable data solutions and backend systems.
• Experience in FinOps, financial data, cloud cost management, or fintech environments, with knowledge of cost allocation, reporting, and cloud billing concepts.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across engineering and business teams; AI platform experience is a plus.
