Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Research Chemist to contribute to the synthesis and development of novel agrochemical molecules. This role involves hands-on laboratory work, analytical characterization, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive chemistry research projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Synthesize novel agrochemical compounds using standard organic chemistry techniques

• Perform purification of compounds through chromatography, column purification, and extraction methods

• Carry out analytical characterization using techniques such as NMR and mass spectrometry

• Maintain accurate and well-documented experimental records

• Collaborate effectively with team members to support and advance ongoing research projects

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong foundation in organic chemistry principles

• Good knowledge of named reactions and functional group transformations

• Clear understanding of molarity, normality, and equivalence concepts

• Hands-on experience in chromatography, column purification, and extraction techniques

• Basic working knowledge of analytical tools such as NMR and mass spectrometry

• Proficiency in English with business-level communication skills
