AI Backend Engineer - HYBRID/NO JP!

We are actively looking for a Forward Deployed Backend Software Engineer who can design resilient systems that enable fast AI features delivery within an enterprise-grade infrastructure.

Requirements:
■　5+ years of experience in software development in a fast-paced tech environment.
■　4+ years of experience building backend systems in product settings.
■　Extremely comfortable with Go or Rust.
■　Strong communication skills for effective teamwork through collaboration, documentation, and public communication.
■　A good grasp of modern infrastructure and tools (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform/OpenTofu, and PostgreSQL).
■　Ability to optimize systems to boost AI serving performance is a big plus.
