OVERVIEW

Location: Hanoi 
For a prominent Japanese consulting firm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze client business processes and IT systems through interviews, data analysis, and document review

• Identify issues and develop improvement strategies using both IT and non-IT solutions

• Support planning and implementation of business transformation and IT solutions 

• Prepare key deliverables including business process flows, requirement documents, fit-gap analysis, and assessment reports

• Support project execution through PMO coordination, stakeholder management, and overall coordination

• Engage in client communication, proposal development, and pre-sales activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT consulting or IT-related projects

• Business-level English communication

• Experience with ERP systems 

• Experience in areas such as IT strategy, system implementation, business process reengineering, or project management (PM/PMO)
