【Job Responsibilities】
Cyient, Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated Hardware Engineer to contribute to the design,
development, and testing of innovative hardware solutions for various industries. This role involves
working across the full product lifecycle, from concept to production.

• Design, develop, and validate electronic hardware systems and components, including circuit design, schematic capture, VLSI Chip design
• Conduct feasibility studies, trade-off analyses, and risk assessments for new hardware designs.
• Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, and testing to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Develop and execute test plans, analyze test results, and generate detailed reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, mechanical, manufacturing) to integrate hardware solutions and ensure seamless product development.
• Generate technical documentation including design specifications, schematics, BOMs, and test procedures.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in hardware engineering.
• Support manufacturing and production teams during product realization.

この職務では、コンセプト段階から量産に至るまでの製品ライフサイクル全体に携わっていただきます。

• 電子ハードウェアシステムおよびコンポーネントの設計、開発、検証（回路設計、回路図作成、VLSIチップ設計を含む）
• 新しいハードウェア設計に関する実現可能性調査、トレードオフ分析、リスク評価の実施
• 機能性、性能、信頼性を確保するためのハードウェアの起動、デバッグ、テストの実施
• テスト計画の策定と実行、テスト結果の分析、詳細なレポートの作成
• 部門横断的なチーム（ソフトウェア、機械、製造）と連携し、ハードウェアソリューションを統合して、円滑な製品開発を確保する。
• 設計仕様書、回路図、部品表（BOM）、試験手順書などの技術文書を作成する。
• 設計レビューに参加し、建設的なフィードバックを提供する。
• 業界の動向、新興技術、およびハードウェアエンジニアリングにおけるベストプラクティスについて常に最新情報を把握する。
• 製品化の過程において、製造および生産チームを支援する。

【Requirements】

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in hardware design and development.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles.Experience with microcontrollers, microprocessors, FPGAs, and related peripherals.
• Familiarity with various communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART, Ethernet, USB).
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex hardware issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• 電気工学、コンピュータ工学、または関連分野の学士号。
• ハードウェアの設計・開発における10年以上の実務経験。
• アナログおよびデジタル回路設計の原理について深い理解があること。
• マイクロコントローラ、マイクロプロセッサ、FPGA、および関連周辺機器の実務経験。
• 各種通信プロトコル（I2C、SPI、UART、イーサネット、USBなど）に精通していること 。
• オシロスコープ、マルチメーター、スペクトラムアナライザ、ロジックアナライザなどの実験機器を実際に扱った経験。
• 複雑なハードウェアの問題に対するトラブルシューティングおよびデバッグ能力。
• 優れた問題解決能力と細部への注意力。
• 優れた文章力および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力。
• 単独でもチームの一員としても、効果的に業務を遂行できる能力。
