Offshore Wind Construction Manager - Akita

• Job Description

• Number of positions: 4 people (ages ranging from their 20s to 50s)
• Period: July 2026 to December 2027 (estimated; specific period to be discussed)
• Job duties: Site coordination, attendance during construction work, work preparation, conducting morning and midday meetings, coordinating meetings, organizing documents, and other related tasks.

This is a role at a wind power generation site.
Accommodation can be arranged for candidates who do not reside in Akita.
Gender and nationality are not restricted. Candidates must be in good health.

Required Skills

• Experience in offshore construction management
• Experience managing civil engineering work or coastal/marine construction work
• Experience with guard vessel operations or construction management on board vessels
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (TOEIC 750, Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 level)

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering Works Execution Managing Engineer (Grade 1 or Grade 2)
• Registered Surveyor
• Health and Safety Supervisor
• Occupational Health and Safety Consultant
