POSITION TITLE Japanese Bilingual Senior System Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY

In this position, you will lead IT infrastructure enhancement and cloud migration initiatives while overseeing multiple projects and addressing client business challenges. 

This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise and project leadership capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support division leadership and drive key initiatives

• Provide IT infrastructure consulting, including M&A-related projects

• Analyze client challenges and propose effective solutions

• Lead cloud migration projects (IaaS/PaaS)

• Implement identity management and security solutions

• Manage primarily server, cloud, and identity infrastructure initiatives, with limited network scope

• Plan, execute, and manage project scope, timeline, budget, and quality

• Manage vendors and external partners

• Design, implement, and maintain systems and infrastructure  

• Oversee data center and cloud operations Perform system performance evaluations and security audits

QUALIFICATIONS

• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English

• 7–10 years of experience in systems engineering and project management

• Proven experience in system design, implementation, and operations

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and data governance

• Project management and team leadership experience

• Ability to plan and manage resources, budgets, and technical strategies

• Hands-on cloud experience, preferably with Azure

• Proficiency in Windows Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

• Bachelor’s degree
