POSITION TITLE　New Business / Real Estate Investments

POSITION SUMMARY

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting and advancing Single Family Rental (SFR) business operations and related real estate activities, contributing to both operational execution and the development of the business model and platform at a strategic level.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Participate in SFR-related business activities

• Support property management and day-to-day operational processes

• Contribute to owner and investor services

• Work across multiple residential assets within the SFR portfolio

• Assist in real estate-related activities, including investment-related components where applicable

   

ROLE CHARACTERISTICS

• Focus on managing and optimizing a high volume of residential assets

• Involvement in both real estate functions and daily operations

• Exposure to a flexible and evolving business environment rather than rigid structures

• Opportunity to engage in a developing business model and platform

• Requires a hands-on approach with direct execution responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in real estate or a related field

• Interest in residential real estate, particularly SFR or similar asset classes

• Familiarity with or strong interest in one or more of the following:

  ・Property management

  ・Residential operations

  ・Owner/investor services

SALARY　USD200,000-250,000
