Our client, a leading Japanese textile manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee production lines and lead a team of 20-40 employees including Assistant Managers.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage and oversee daily textile production line operations
✅ Lead and develop team of 20-40 subordinates including Assistant Managers
✅ Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met
✅ Monitor production processes and implement improvements
✅ Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements
✅ Minimum SMA/SMK/D3/D4/S1 in any field
✅ Experience in textile production management (dyeing experience is highly preferred)
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills
✅ Basic knowledge of chemical compounds used in textile production is an advantage

Preferred Experience
✅ Manager experience in textile dyeing manufacturing
✅ Experience in textile dyeing production
✅ Manager experience in textile manufacturing
✅ Experience in textile production (including spinning)
✅ Manager experience in general manufacturing
