PR/123838 | Caregiver Lecturer (特定技能介護)

Our client, a Japanese sending organization, is seeking a Caregiver Lecturer with hands-on Japan experience to train students in caregiving and Japanese language.

Key Responsibilities 

✅ Deliver Kaigo (caregiving) training integrated with Japanese language instruction 

✅ Design structured lesson plans and conduct performance evaluations 

✅ Assess student readiness and provide feedback for improvement 

✅ Track and document student progress throughout the program

Requirements 

✅ Minimum Diploma (D3) in Nursing, Healthcare, or Japanese Language 

✅ Prior experience as a caregiver or nurse in Japan (required) 

✅ At least 1 year of classroom teaching or student mentoring experience 

✅ JLPT N3 or above 

✅ Holds SSW Kaigo certificate or Kaigofukushishi (Certified Care Worker) license 

✅ Collaborative mindset with strong communication and organizational skills
