Our client, a manufacturing company in wood industry, is looking for a Production Manager to lead and optimize production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end production processes and ensure efficiency
✅ Plan production schedules, resources, and targets
✅ Maintain quality standards and implement ISO (9001, 14001, 45001)
✅ Lead TPM, 5S, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives
✅ Handle problem-solving and production issues effectively
✅ Lead and manage production team (90+ members)
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Engineering/related field)
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in door/furniture manufacturing
✅ Strong knowledge of production management and process improvement
✅ Familiar with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
✅ Leadership and problem-solving skills
