PR/123736 | PPIC Staff (Japanese Speaker)

Our client, a leading Japanese automotive systems manufacturer, is seeking a PPIC Staff with Japanese language skills to support production planning and inventory control operations.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Plan and control production schedules to meet customer requirements
✅ Manage inventory levels and material requirements planning (MRP)
✅ Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams
✅ Communicate with Japanese management and suppliers regarding production plans
✅ Monitor and analyze production capacity and material availability
✅ Prepare PPIC reports and documentation in Japanese and Indonesian
✅ Ensure timely delivery and optimize inventory turnover

Requirements
✅ Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC or production planning
✅ Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3 preferred or conversational Japanese)
✅ Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and MRP systems
✅ Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
✅ Good analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication and coordination abilities
