New Role

• Lead the end-to-end financial reporting process, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent submission in line with Group standards

• Prepare and consolidate monthly management reports and reporting packages for internal and Group stakeholders

• Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial results

• Review financial schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation to ensure integrity and compliance

• Monitor reporting timelines and proactively liaise with business units to ensure timely delivery of reporting requirements

• Oversee sales reporting to ensure completeness, accuracy, and data integrity

• Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders

• Manage and track Capex reporting, ensuring proper governance and visibility of capital expenditure

• Provide insightful analysis and supporting schedules to facilitate management decision-making

• Review GST filings and coordinate with external tax agents on statutory reporting matters

• Partner with external auditors to support interim and year-end audits, ensuring smooth execution

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and system enhancements 

Key Qualifications for Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CA, ACCA) is an advantage

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role

• Prior exposure to a multinational and/or manufacturing environment would be beneficial

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights

• Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders

• Solid business acumen with sound judgement and decision-making ability

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is preferred

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and coordination skills, both written and verbal
