■Key Responsibilities

・Manage operation and maintenance of utility systems and infrastructure

・Oversee water treatment facilities (WTP, STP, ETP)

・Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities

・Monitor system performance and ensure regulatory compliance

・Support energy efficiency and reliability improvement initiatives

・Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth plant operations

■Preferred Profile

・Experience in manufacturing or plant operations

・Strong knowledge of utility systems and environmental processes

・Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N4 or above) is an advantage
