Ensuring following & updating Documents like SWI, Shift Start Approval, Setup Plan, Process & machine check sheet, Poka – Yoke Check Sheet, 4M Sheet, 

Ensure WIP & follow the dispatch plan with coordination of SCM.

Ensure the Rejection KPI & training to operators for the same.

Skill Matrix updating along with associate training plan adherence.

LPA Audit.

System, Customer & Internal Audit document Preparation for the shopfloor.

Implementation improvements i.e. Kaizens

Support in NPD & new machine trials.

Support in customer related issue analysis.

Participation in TPM, 5S & jishuken Adherence.

Coordination with support department like quality, SCM, maintenance & tool crib for smooth operation of production.
