Roles and responsibilities:-
- Oversee manufacturing processes related to automotive electrical systems and functional components, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with established quality standards for electrical systems and functional parts across all stages of production.
- Apply and utilize quality management methodologies, including 7 QC tools, Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA), and QMS frameworks.
- Conducting detailed drawing reviews to validate design specifications.
- Performing technical feasibility studies for new product development.
- Leading gauge concept planning and approvals.
- Executing quality planning activities in line with project timelines.
- Implementing appropriate measurement and inspection techniques.
- Manage and strengthen Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) processes by ensuring supplier compliance, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
