• You’ll gain hands-on experience in networking, cloud (Microsoft 365), cybersecurity, and system deployment, while working closely with senior engineers and clients.

Job Responsibilities

IT Support & Operations

• Provide technical support (L1 & L2) to customers and users

• Troubleshoot issues (network, servers, cloud, M365, security)

• Perform system maintenance, monitoring, and documentation

Project Implementation

• Assist in deploying and configuring IT systems

• Support system integration projects (servers, networks, cloud, apps)

• Help with testing, documentation, and post-go-live support

Onsite Support

• Travel to client sites for installation and troubleshooting

• Conduct site surveys and assist with infrastructure setup

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and customers

Network & Infrastructure

• Support setup of routers, switches, firewalls, WiFi, VPN

• Learn and apply networking concepts (IP, VLAN, security)

• Assist in maintaining secure and scalable environments

Continuous Learning

• Build skills in cloud, networking, cybersecurity, virtualization

• Participate in training, R&D, and internal improvements

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related

• 1–3 years experience in IT support / networking / system admin

• Fresh grads with strong skills or projects are welcome
