COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our Client is a well-established Manufacturing Company specializing in the production of automotive components, delivering high-quality solutions aligned with global quality standards, supplying to International and Local Vehicle Manufacturers.
 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of QMS and EMS in line with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and related standards

• Manage certification processes and act as key liaison with auditors, customers, consultants, and authorities

• Ensure organization-wide compliance with quality, environmental, regulatory, and customer requirements

• Develop, maintain, and control system documentation (manuals, SOPs, work instructions, control plans, records)

• Plan and conduct internal audits, prepare for external audits, and drive closure of audit findings and CAPA

• Lead continuous improvement and problem-solving using tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and PDCA

• Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and customer-specific requirements, including sustainability initiatives

• Coordinate cross-functional activities, support NPI and process changes, and conduct training and awareness programs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possesses Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field 

• Preferably with at least years of QMS experience in Automotive Component Manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, QS9000, and other relevant Automotive compliances.

• Well versed in Quality Tools implementation (FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, root cause analysis, audits). 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
