Our client, Property Development Based Company, looking for suitable candidates
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning & Initiation
Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestone
Identify resource requirements (budget, manpower, consultants)
Establish governance structure, reporting lines, and communication protocolsMaster Planning & Design Coordination
Lead coordination between architects, healthcare planners, and interior designers
Ensure design integrates:
Senior-friendly features (universal design, safety, accessibility)
Healthcare infrastructure (nurse stations, rehab, medical suites)
Hospitality elements (clubhouse, concierge, wellness spa)
Oversee space planning for:
Residential units (independent & assisted living)
Medical / wellness facilities
Community and social spaces
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 8 years in Mixed Development Projects
